Steve Woita is credited for "software" in Kid Chameleon credits. He served as the co-producer for the game. In addition, he designed and programmed various creatures in the game, including the bosses, and he programmed some special effects in the game.
Steve later went on to contribute to two other notable Sega titles, Sonic Spinball and Sonic the Hedgehog 2, as a designer and programmer.
